Dali is 15 months oldi think that being a parent has to be the most surreal amazing job ever and watching Dali Man grow has been so awesome! Our weekly photos as well seem to blend into our life and this week i wanted to take a night light painting photo of Dali sleeping. So when Dali went to bed i sneaked up to his room set up my tripod and tried to be as quiet as i could and this was what happened. When i went into the room Dali was sound asleep perfectly ready for the photo–i swear he was in the perfect spot like he knew i was gonna be taking a photo.This shot was lit using flashlights as i shined them in the room and then i wrote Dali with a purple light to add in his name. There is mo photoshop in this photo its all done on a timed exposure in the dark and just using flashlights. I was there for about 15 minutes as i set up the photo and Dali Man just slept away and i shot about 20 photos and this was my favorite from the shoot. Then just as i was done Dali Man rolled over to the other side of the crib like he was saying “Glad you got your photo Dad” I swear i love this kid more and more everyday, i cant believe im so lucky to have Dali in my life and i cant wait to watch him grow up into a little man. I promise ill do everything i can for you buddy to make sure life is awesome! Get some rest little dude tomorrows another big day……Sweet dreams Dali Man…. love dad
