6/52 Tummy Time Work Out Training Cheering Fan Club

Guess what time it is. Yup Tummy Time Work Out Training Time.
Every parent knows that the best way for your little one to strengthen his neck is to do some tummy time. So today it was about just after lunch time and Dali was wide awake ready to party so we thought what better way then to spend family day then to cheer on and work out with Dali in his daily training tummy time session. So we grabbed Dali’s mat and i grabbed some weights to show Dali how the big guys roll -Yup 5 pound weights and Tam went some kind of half Jane Fonda look and was there on cheering section with a pom-pom in tote. Dali was amazing today at tummy time he did 145 push ups then followed that by trying 50 chin ups and then he chugged 100 mils of milk and returned for another 75 sit ups.

Well not really actually he kinda just did a few crunches then stared at us wondering what all the cheering was about, as you can see in the photo he was taking some great direction, but all jokes aside Dali has been holding his head up all week and when you sit him in your lap he can hold his head up with the odd bobble but hes almost got it. Way to go buddy you keep working on that.
So this was photo 6 of 52 and how we spent family day 2013.
